FAQ

The apartment is on the ground floor of a 5-unit building, with a private entrance and small garden. Fully renovated in 2024.

It includes:

• A spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and double sofa bed,
• One double bedroom,
• Bathroom with shower,
• Storage/laundry room.

• Underfloor heating and air conditioning in both living area and bedroom.
• Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and herbal tea set.
• Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, Smart LCD TV, free Wi-Fi.
• Bed linen, bath and kitchen towels provided.

• No detergents, food, beverages or condiments provided.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors.
• Please empty the bins according to the collection calendar and leave no food or drinks at check-out.

Check-in: from 3:00 pm, in person.

Check-out: by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Please kindly:

• Inform us the day before arrival of your estimated time of arrival.
• Update us about 30 minutes before arrival with your exact arrival time.

We do not have a garage or private parking space, but there are free parking spots along the street, right in front of the house.
The apartment is located on the main street of Montegrotto Terme, close to shops, restaurants and bus stops for Padua and Terme Euganee station.

Small, well-behaved and quiet pets are welcome.
An extra €30.00 fee for house disinfection applies, payable in cash at check-in.

Minimum 1, maximum 4 guests (1 double bedroom + 1 double sofa bed).

To help keep the environment clean and pleasant:

On Monday evening and Wednesday evening, please place the small brown bin for organic waste outside the gate.
Collection takes place the following morning.

All other waste (plastic, paper, glass, general waste) must be sorted and disposed of in the ecological area in Piazza del Mercato, about 100 meters from the apartment.

• Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival.
• For cancellations within 9 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Perfect location to enjoy the Euganean Thermal area, go hiking in the Euganean Hills, and visit Padua, Venice and local villas.
We are happy to suggest activities, spa experiences or outdoor tours upon request.
